Prices
All goods sold within Epilepsy Action's online shop are sold in UK pounds at the price stated against each item. If you are outside the UK your credit or debit card will be billed at your card provider's current exchange rate. Prices displayed in US dollars on this site are approximate, based on recent exchange rates.

Methods of Payment
Epilepsy Action accepts all major credit cards, plus Visa Debit, Maestro and Switch debit cards.

We can ONLY send your order to the address registered on your credit or debit card. If you would like to have Christmas catalogue items sent to an alternative address please contact our customer service team on 01736 334 585.

Delivery

Epilepsy Action tries to ensure any goods ordered are delivered as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 28 days. If goods ordered cannot be delivered within these 28 days the customer will be informed, and if it is acceptible to both parties an alternative time of delivery will be arranged. If this alternative time for delivery cannot be agreed a refund will be offered.

Once you have selected your items you will be transferred to a secure server, which uses the latest secure socket layer (SSL), to ensure your details are sent to Epilepsy Action as securely as possible.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Refunds

Epilepsy Action provides the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the goods ordered turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered. Any refunds will be given as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment.

Receipts

All goods sold will be supplied with a receipt of sale.
